Responsibilities:

The job holder of this position is responsible in monitoring and managing the daily operation of production line to achieve quality and efficiency related management objectives

Requirements:

• Tertiary education level or above, preferably with Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/Food Science background
• At least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing, in which 1 year at managerial level
• Solid experience gained from food industry preferably in bakery industry but not essential
• Knowledge of OEE, ISO, GMP and HACCP is an advantageous
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
• Self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skill
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manufacturing Officer / Production Supervisor

 Working Location: Sham Tseng
