Job responsibilities:

• Develop standard process controls and documentation procedures for Healthcare Warehouse in accordance to implemented standards & mutually agreed clients' requirements
• Communicate the stand management system of the company to clients, auditors and warehouse staffs
• Improve the standard management system in terms of conducting training, documentation and warehouse environment enhancement
• Ensure that the pharmaceutical products are under process control and the integrity of the distribution chain is maintained
• Conduct temperature mapping on regular basis
• coordinate with third party vendor on cleaning and pest control and constantly review vendor's performance

Job requirements:

• Degree holder
• 1 year of related working experience is preferable
• Basic quality knowledge in GMP/ GSDP/ ISO and quality system
• With critical thinking
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Fresh graduate will be considered as well
• Working Location: Tsing Yi area
