Key Responsibilities:

• Drive EMS operation teams towards perfect execution of customer order fulfilment (OTD measurement)
• Coordination of allocation when required
• Supply constraints detection (capacity, material), communication to management, coordination of the recovery plan with stakeholders (sourcing, manufacturing engineering, sales operations)
• Active participant to the recovery plan when quality issue arise that impact the production plan
• Inventory management, including management of the inventory dispositions on defective not repairable products, EOL products, and E&O material

Key Requirements: 

• College graduated
• More than 5 years supply chain management experience in electronic industry
• Familiar with ERP (JDEdwards ideally) and MRP system, advanced user of Excel
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills – team working in an international environment
• Ability to perform detailed analysis and provide clear synthesis of the outcome
• Knowledge on Logistics & customs
