Responsibilities:

• Consistently monitor quality system to meet international standards and requirements
• Conduct trouble-shooting activities, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions on quality issues
• Find out root cause of complaint, regular update product safety and regulations, establish actions plans for improvement
• Evaluate the company's production process and technology, identify and address recurring problems and recommend changes to improve the quality of the finished products
• Liaise with buyers to ensure raw materials meet company’s quality standards
• Prepare monthly reports with commentary, participate in management projects and audits, and take up other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Science or related disciplines
• At least 5 years solid experience in food industry
• Knowledge in ISO22000 / HACCP / GMP system
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills with various levels on project management
• Pro-active, detail-minded, positive attitude and willing to take up challenges
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese
• 5-day work week and rotate day off
• Working location : Tai Po Industrial Estate
• Occasional travel is required
