Factory General Manager (Station in Dongguan)

Job Description:

-       Lead the factory daily operations in China

-       Direct and oversee efforts in production planning, order & warehouse management, administration & HR support, maintenance & repair, IT system as well as quality assurance

-       Monitor production plan, quality and on-time delivery

-       Coordinating all function managers in planning and implementing quality programs that lead to continuous improvement in quality, cost and overall efficiency

Job Requirement:

-       Degree holder in Textiles & Clothing/ Production/ Manufacturing Management or relevant discipline

-       At least 20 years solid garment manufacturing with over 5 years management experience in supervisory level sizable garment manufacturing industry (woven and knit) in China

-       Familiar with quality control and requirements of US and European export markets

-       Hands on experience in woven shirt as well as cut and sewn knit product

-       Thorough understanding of quality control and social compliance requirements

-       Self-motivated, analytical mind, team player and good communication skills

-       Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese

-       Station in China

-       Travel between China factory and Hong Kong office

Remarks: 5.5 - 6 day work, Budget(40-50K), Negotiable
