Responsibilities:

• Create the quality test specification with linking to product specification and performance requirement
• Handle operational problems and resolve 
• Sound Knowledge of system and process quality, inspection techniques and product approvals
• Provide the technical support needed to ensure that all products meet the requirements of safety, legislation, the customer’s specifications, quality criteria and standards
  
• Coordinate and communicating testing issues among technical department in German headquarters, laboratory, HK merchandising teams and factories

Requirements:

• At least Form 5 holder
• Experiences in Quality Assurance Management / Toys knowledge in EU market, ie EN71, EN62115, ... etc
• Familiar with multinational customer requirements and expectations
• Experience in toy & sport industry is preferable
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good command of English/Mandarin, Chinese typing as well as MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point
• Self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to take challenges
• Experience with German and European quality requirements
