Responsibilities

Our group is looking for a new Factory Manager who will station in India to set up our new manufacturing plants in India, you will be responsible for the following:

• Plan, design and setup manual and/or automatic manufacturing processes and production line for the production of high quality toy products in efficient and cost-effective manner;
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to discuss customer’s requests and all the technical issues related to the production;
• Organize and lead production process validation activities;
• Supervise and train production personnel in new and existing product lines;
• Prepare/review working instructions;
• Planning for daily production activities.

Requirements

• High Diploma or Degree holder in Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years production experience in industrial field, pad printing, paint spraying, painting template manufacturing;
• Familiar with manufacturing process such as injection molding, pad printing, process validations, design and development of production line set-up, automation system, tooling and molding, plastic materials manufacturing process;
• Station in India is required.
