We provide a one-year intensive and on-the-job training program to the Management Trainees in our factory located in Dongguan, PRC. During the training period, Trainees will be assigned to different departments in our production plant to get the basic knowledge of our products, production operations in yarn dyeing, knitting, fabric dyeing and finishing as well as the knowledge of selling fabric and seamless garment operations.

Upon successful completion of the training, they will be assigned to Sales and Marketing team to further develop their career.

Requirements 

• Fresh University graduates in any disciplines or higher diploma holders in Fashion and Textiles related disciplines
• Willing to develop the career in the textile and garment industry
• Hard working, responsible, good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience will also be considered
• Based in Dongguan and frequently travel to Hong Kong and Dongguan
