Job Description
- Tertiary education or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Detail-oriented and customer focused
- Mature and aggressive
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient PC skills and Chinese word processing
- A minmum of 4 years' proven customer service experience in financial printing industry
- Specialized in handling IPO projects
- Willing to work in 3 shifts
