Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the food safety systems requirements within FCHK, implement and enhance the quality standards, policies and procedures
- Coordinate customer and consumer complaints by assuring proper follow up
- Review inspection results to instruct actions and follow up with deviations
- Assist in handling quality queries & issues with manufacturers
- Assist in conducting warehouse hygiene inspections
- Assist in developing Quality related SOPs and conducting trainings and events
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in food science, microbiology, or food industry management
- 2 years’ experience in Food/Beverage manufacturing industry
- Familiar with food regulations and ISO 9001 and ISO22000
- Good analytical skill in trouble shooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Fluent written and spoken capability in English & Chinese.
