Responsibilities:

• Report to the Business Development Manager and perform administrative duties such as sales reports, KPI reports, sales order and roster arrangements.
• Work closely with external business partners & internal departments to ensure smooth counter handover, setup and closure.
• Closely monitor the daily counter activities.
• Co-ordinate with department stores and to provide full support to our retail counter / pop-up counter.
• Responsible for the manpower recruitment and planning of retail counters.
• Handle ad hoc assignments.
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduated or Diploma in related discipline.
• Over 3 years of operational experience in retail, especially in Department stores. Candidates with experience at Yata or Citistore are preferred.
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Good PC skills and knowledge in MS Office.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese.
