The incumbent will be responsible for event planning & implementation, marketing campaigns execution, projects coordination and digital & social media marketing in order to achieve company’s objective - to sustain Discovery Bay’s position as a preferred lifestyle and leisure destination in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing marketing and branding campaigns with an objective to bring incremental footfall and/or business revenue to DB commercial facilities including D’Deck, DB North Plaza and other hospitality products and services in Discovery Bay
• In-charge of seasonal events’ tender and procurement procedure to ensure official documentation is in compliance with company standards
• Manage the execution of destination events and marketing campaigns to ensure deliverables align with company’s direction and standard
• Closely monitor industry trend, competitor’s analysis and consumer insights to identify business opportunities
• Liaise with various internal and external partners for organizing marketing campaigns and events
• Prepare marketing campaigns review report with analysis and recommendation for evaluation and business planning
• Assist in digital marketing planning and managing website and social media platforms
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Marketing, Journalism, business administration or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or PR / advertising agency;
• Team player with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills;
• Creative, highly motivated and responsible, with passion for the marketing field;
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks within tight timelines;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of online marketing and social media highly preferred.
