Responsibilities:

• To handle customer’s enquiries and service requests in a professional manner through emails and phone calls;
• Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with customers and internal departments;
• To provide customer service support including check and obtain shipment schedule / details and updating shipment status to concerned customers;
• To manage the complaints with support from supervisory level;
• To convey customer information and feedback to Operations and Sales teams for follow-up action and service review;
• To assist in providing service training to customers;
• To handle ad-hoc project when required

Requirements:

• DSE/F.7/Diploma graduate in any disciplines
• At least 2 years of customer services / coordination experience, solid experience in logistics will be an advantage;
•  Strong in communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• Customer-oriented, well organized, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Good problem solver with positive attitude and team work approach at all time;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Hands-on PC knowledge including MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more than 3 years of customer service experiences in logistics field will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
