Cimigo is seeking a Market Research Consultant who is fluent in English, to work with our Hong Kong team of experienced Consultants in the design, execution and presentation of research-based marketing consultancy work conducted for leading global brand name clients.

We welcome applications from fluent English speakers living in Hong Kong, or currently residing overseas and willing to relocate to Hong Kong. Prior experience in market research on the agency or client side is essential.

Job Responsibilities…

• Involvement in all stages of the marketing consulting process with globally recognized and respected clients
• Key point for day-to-day communication with assigned clients
• Working as a strategic consulting partner with clients on all their marketing activities
• Preparing and executing client projects and reports, including questionnaires, data analysis and reports
• Responsible for ensuring client expectations are surpassed in all projects
• Detailed quality control checking of all client documentation, reports and presentations

You’ll Need To Have…

• 3+ years of experience in market research, in particular in quantitative research
• Fluency in written and spoken English is absolutely essential
• University graduate in marketing, business studies, statistics, social science or related fields
• Willingness to learn fast and work in a dynamic environment of changing challenges
• Keen to take on responsibilities and apply own initiative
• Successful track record in building partnerships with clients, preferably in the airlines, travel and tourism sector
• Confident and professional in communications with clients at all levels
• Able to work collaboratively with others
• Proven experience in analyzing, organizing and presenting information
• Skilled in time management and planning skills – able to schedule and manage priorities
• Candidates from agency or client side will be considered
