Responsibilities
 
In view of the rapid expansion and continuous growth of the Corporation, we are looking for a seasoned marketing professionals to support the Chief Marketing Officer in designing effective marketing plans & programmes to raise market awareness and appreciation of the work done by HKSTP & the innovations developed by tech companies at the Park. Major responsibilities are outlined below:-

• Analyze and collect market intelligence to differentiate HKSTP’s advantages and provide insight to develop impactful brand positioning
• Work with technology-cluster, incubation & investment teams to translate their business goals into actionable integrated marketing strategies that deliver engagement and raise awareness
• Define market segmentations and develop innovative engagement & go-to-market plans & programmes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the programmes are implemented effectively with quality and according to timeline
• Manage programmes’ performance against agreed-upon metrics and work on plans to optimize the impact
• Develop presentations for management and responsible for ad-hoc functional projects
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Languages or any other related disciplines
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained in sizable / MNC technology companies
• Expertise in planning, executing and measuring effectiveness of marketing programmes
• Understanding of marketing metrics and funnel analytics to optimize existing plans and adviser to teams on best strategies to drive engagement
• A natural storyteller who understands how to engage various audiences through multiple channels
• Possession of knowledge in Biomedical Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Smart City, Electronics, Green Technology, Material and Precision Engineering is a plus
• Strong language skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proactive and enthusiastic team player with strong communication and problem solving skills
