Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, formulating and executing marketing plans for TVB Anywhere
• Monitor the subscribers’ need closely and get involve in on-line proton activities
• Participate in media planning and data analysis to make insight and suggest strategy for promotion campaign optimization
• Take a key role in developing and delivering the social media plan for content promotion across all social media channels and audiences
• Provide guidance for promo production
• Work with cross-functional teams to create, manage and maintain the social media content calendar based on marketing campaigns, brand initiatives and relevant cultural moments
• Develop ideas for social content like Instagram Stories and takeovers in addition to online brand content
• Stay on top of social media trends and algorithm changes
• Assist in managing the third party video platforms such as YouTube; and video production in various types of video content for website and multimedia platforms
• Work closely with the marketing team to manage social media platforms in helping to grow their audiences
• Engage in daily brand-related social conversations with followers across social platforms, and work with Customer Care to ensure responses are met
• Work to grow and manage influencer network
• Identify the different purposes and objectives for each social platform and aware of how posts should be customized for each platform

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Digital Marketing, Communication or related discipline
• 2-5 years’ working experience with solid experience in digital marketing and/or digital content creation for social media platforms are highly preferred
• Hands-on experience in using social publishing and measurement tools for YouTube channels, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, etc.
• Familiar with the on-line video platform business environment
• Strong communication, time management and problem solving skills with good analysis ability
• Proficiency in Mac Computer and PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of digital content production and familiar with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage
• Self-motivated, energetic, creative and good team player
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Executive
