Under the supervision of Communications Manager, the incumbents will carry out tasks that pertain to communications and event management:

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager with preparing, writing, translating and editing corporate collateral such as press releases, corporate fact sheets, financial reports and internal announcements
• Manage email communications
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns
• Support events from pre-event logistics, on-site management to post-event reporting
• Maintain and update membership database
• Provide general administrative support
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Event Management or related disciplines
• Minimum three years of full-time work experience in communications / event management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Chinese word processing
• Experience with creative media production, publication and digital marketing will be a definite advantage
• Proactive with an enthusiastic approach to work
• Agile, detail-oriented and highly organised
