Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver world class customer service to Japanese client
- Take ownership of each customer journey, resolving cases through accurate and appropriate solutions that enhance brand loyalty
- Use a range of systems and digital tools to ensure relevant administration is completed and distributed appropriately, in line with the departmental ways of working
- Record customer details accurately by using computer based and paper based systems where necessary
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team
Requirements:
- Non-Degree Tertiary
- At lease 1-2 years in customer service
- Native Japanese Speaker, good at Mandarin and English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
