Job Description
Responsibilities
- To take ownership in customer segmentation for the company and also on customer targeting for various programmes – with the aim to further enhance our understanding of our customers and to maximize revenue.
- To participate in the design, development and implement of Omni-Channel customer analytical solutions
- To perform in-depth customer and campaign analysis so that recommendations can be made to improve future campaigns
- To continuously review process and develop automation to improve BAU efficiency
- To implement strategic marketing solutions including pre-campaign analysis, tracking and evaluation
- To monitor and analyse online digital marketing and social media activity
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing/Computing/Statistics/Information System discipline
- 2-3 years experience in related field, preferably with luxury retail or retail experience
- Experience in database marketing/campaign management, reporting and management information
- Able to analyse and translate data into meaningful reports with recommendations
- Good understanding of campaign management and customer segmentation
- Proficiency in SQL, and Microsoft Excel (with experience in Google Analytics, Tableau is an advantage)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Customer Insight Analyst
