KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and prioritize new features and enhancements based on market needs, company strategy, operation needs, etc
• Collaborate with  user departments such as marketing, sales and operation team for implementation
• Assist Sales Team and partner with market communication team to develop existing Sales and Distribution channels
• Determine various sales plans, projecting expected sales volume & profit
• Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma or above
• 1 year of merchant is preferable
• On-the-Job training will be provided
• Self-motivated, adaptive and flexible, and able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication skill and be an energetic team player
• Good command of both English and Chinese, Putonghua
• Good PC skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Good understand of E-Commerce business and latest trends in online products and services
