Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing and implementation of marketing plan for B2B exhibitions;
  • Organize, plan and coordinates events related to exhibition including press conference, seminars and business matching etc.
  • Work with sales and operation team to generate specific marketing plans to targeted customers;
  • Provide creative proposal from concept, budgeting, production to logistic development
  • Responsible to invite and source third parties including performers and speakers for joining the events
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of setup and other collateral arrangements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing and advertising partners and key vendors
  • To develop and implement marketing mix promotions including online and offline such as social media, advertising and outdoor media promotion.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing, Event and Conference or others related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, marketing, public relations or marketing-related fields with at least 2 year in supervisory level;
  • Experience in exhibition or event management industry is definitely an advantage;
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical and presentation skills;
  • Solid knowledge of WordPress will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge on SEO, Facebook advertising campaign, Wechat and Email marketing
  • Enthusiastic, independent, self-motivated, detail-minded, strategic thinking, result-oriented and well-organized;
  • Willing to take responsibility, able to work under pressure and a good team player;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing;
  • Less experience applicant will be considered as Marketing Assistant Manager;
  • Immediate available is highly preferable

 

Working Location : Lai Chi Kok, 5-days work
