Responsibilities

• Manage and handle different kinds of projects from planning to execution e.g. events, video/animation, design, website, social media
• Prepare proposals and pitching projects to clients, including concept, budgeting, production and logistic development;
• Cooperate with design and production team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of services;
• Source and maintain good relationships with contractors and all working partners;
• Identify new opportunities for company business development.

 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-years event management experience.  Less experienced candidates will be considered as Project Executive.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. This person must have a positive attitude to learn, and an ability to communicate with confidence both internally and externally.
