Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Research and develop company's new products, establish product strategies, manage product catalogues and formulate effective marketing strategies
- Responsible for market research, including industry research, potential customers and existing customer needs research
- Promote and maintain company's brand image, participate in industry activities, and formulate the company's brand promotion
- Formulate annual marketing activity budgets and execution
- Complete other tasks assigned by the senior management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, media, public relations and journalism or other related subjects
- Over 5 years Marketing experience and proven experience in financial industry, with financial and public relations or investment banking background, IR Director in listed companies are preferred
- Strong insight towards the market and innovative
- Market research and analysis skills, keep track of industry trends and user behaviours of target audience, product development, etc.
- Strong financial industry network
- Good communication and organisational skills, with a certain team management experience
