Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to marketing functions and operations of Global Marketing department
- Support a full range of marketing campaigns and activities execution, implementation and deliveries
- Support marketing collaterals production and deliveries
- Administrate a range of digital marketing tools and administration
- Maintain databases and activities reporting
- Provide project coordination and liaison with stakeholders
- Other marketing projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High diploma or University degree qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Translation or related discipline
- 2-3 years of full-time marketing administrative/operational experience with regional exposure
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Mandarin is preferred
- Ability to perform multiple assignments with good project management, interpersonal communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, result oriented and high degree of responsibility
- Hands-on skills of Photoshop /illustrator, mailing, social media
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Specialist
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome
