Our client is famous exhibition organier and they are seeking some temp marketing assistant as below:

Date: Mid April - Mid Sept

Location: TST

Time: 9:30 - 18:00

 Job Responsibilities

- Assist with visitor promotion for a trade exhibition

- Invite visitors via phone calls and emails

- Conduct research and data analysis to identify potential buyers 

- Update and maintain database

- Draft and proofread creative copy

- Pre-schedule and arrange meetings for buyers and exhibitors

- Coordinate and assist in various marketing events

- Perform onsite duties for various activities including managing Key Buyer Lounge, networking event and registration validation counter.

- Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

- Good phone manner and communication skills

- Polite and pleasant

- Relevant coursework (eg marketing, communications) or previous experience in events / exhibition is preferred but not a must.

- Fresh grad and without working experience are welcome to apply.  Current college student will also be considered on part time basis.  Work hours can be flexible to accommodate your school schedule.

- Diploma or above

- Proficient in MS office apps
