Key Responsibilities:

• Direct report to Brand Manager, based in Hong Kong
• Ensure retail excellence, manpower maximization, floor operations and visual merchandizing for all stores in Hong Kong
• Lead and motivate front-line sales team to achieve sales target and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Ensure customer enquiries and complaints are properly handled
• Responsible for recruitment and maintenance of a strong sales team
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations in all stores including rostering, staff training, inventory management
• Work closely with marketing team for effective CRM to build strong client database, understanding client segments and shopping patterns/behaviors, and to ensure the effective implement of business promotions and marketing programs or events in stores
• Possess good fashion sense and product knowledge, well understanding the fashion and market trend
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Fashion Retail or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant retail sales operations and on-floor experience in managing multi-stores
• Proven track record on sales and marketing exposure in high-end apparel retail industry
• Strong analytical skills, number sensitive & well organized with good business acumen
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, self-driven, proactive, creative and with strategic thinking
• Good leadership and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Retail Manager
