Job Description
Job Title Marketing Manager (1-year contract)

Location: Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Residential Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for supervising the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies for a signature residential development in Singapore, with focus on publicity, exhibition and showflat design and production coordination. He / She is also required to liaise with external consultants / contractors, various agencies as well as internal parties for the design and construction of showflat, sales offices and related materials. He / She will work in Hong Kong with occasional travel.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing or business-related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a marketing-related field such as advertising, public relations or event management, preferably in property industry. Marketing experience in Singapore is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong organisational ability and supervisory skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to manage changing requirements and environmental factors
