Key Responsibilities

 Thought Leadership & Client Relationship:

• Help deliver the growth/development vision for the Group business along Group direction and perspective
• Actively bring in new market insight to benefit organization growth and upscaling, in regular and pragmatic ways
• Be a believer and problem solver, with a solution-driven mindset to cope with ever-changing market and organization dynamics
• Develop strong senior relationships with clients
• Developing and delivering high impact integrated marketing and communication programmes to an exceptional standard
• Provide added value strategic consultancy and initiatives for business growth
• A Guardian of Best Practice in professional disciplines

Team Leadership:

• Lead, day to day, a high-calibre and talented unit
• Oversees and manage team capability and capacity through a topline management vision, create a macro-management strategy to drive team and business success
• Define clear, feasible and achievable work-unit goals contribute to company success, from ideas to successful implementation, include timelines and individual accountabilities
• Continuously coaching, raise team productivity, creativity with good team spirit
• Responsible for developing careers of your direct reports and helping them grow & excel

Account / Project Management:

• Work seamlessly well with all departments, promoting good synergy in a highly cooperative manner
• Help bring new business into Group: leading team to play an active role in credentials and pitches
• Always-on seek for work-smart synergy under the collaborative agency environment

Finance / Budgeting:

• Always manage business budgets and resources accurately, timely and professionally (both account base and overall organization performance against set KPI)
• Responsible for managing the monthly work-unit budget with revenue forecast and operational expenditure

 Your Experience

• 8+ years relevant work experience in a collaborative team environment, PR/ Marketing / Digital agency preferable; minimum of 5+ years experience with a trackable premium and luxury account servicing record
• High degree of numeracy and commercial intuition
• Ability to work on multiple strategy projects
• Strong people/ relationship-building skills
• Excellent communications in both English and Chinese
• Results oriented
