Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible to develop digital marketing strategies for leasing department to drive business growth. He/ She will also be in creating digital marketing campaigns and activities for effective lead generation, including but not limited to Display Ad, Search Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, content marketing and marketing partnership. Further duties includes : develop and manage websites for sectors; track the effectiveness of digital marketing activities to deliver strong analyses and strategies; maintain audience measurement tools; external agencies to deliver quality and effective services; review new technologies and trends to keep the team at the forefront in digital marketing.

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years relevant experience specializing in digital marketing
Hands on experience in managing agencies on development websites, mobile apps, digital and social campaigns.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practice
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
Good project management skill
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Manager
