Key responsibilities:

• Plan and implement strategies of digital marketing and social media (paid & organic), mobile marketing and owned online channels.

• Accountable for Hong Kong and Taiwan digital marketing results.
• Liaise with global digital team to further develop and plan digital strategies for local market.
• Plan, execute and own marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives to generate brand awareness, and drive traffic and sales and engagement.
• Optimize search engine results to lift brand values and customer conversion rates, with strong experience of both Google and Baidu SEO and SEM.
• Plan and own the digital work process, establishing good working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for digital reporting/tracking and analysis.
• Manage digital budget and able to prioritize projects to meet team objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with oversea education background preferable
• 5-8 years of marketing experience, with hands on experience in digital marketing campaigns and direct marketing programs
• Solid experience in digital marketing for Hong Kong and Taiwan with proven record in lead generation, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.
• Proven multi-channel marketing expertise – with a heavy emphasis on online and direct to consumer marketing
• Self-motivated, results-driven with excellent attention to detail
• Extensive experience with building and delivering a modern digital execution capability with tangible outcomes
• Experience in study abroad education industry
• Good spoken and written English
• Mature and superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of SAP Hybrids system is a plus
