Job Description:

• Responsible for day-to-day project administration in an accurate and timely manner
• Manage client’s expectation and budget
• Coordinate with various internal and external parties to implement the best class of advertising campaigns as a team

Requirements of the candidate:

• Diploma or above, or related working experience in advertising agency and/or design house is a definite advantage
• A proactive problem solver, who always wants to strive for better solutions
• A responsible team player, who is willing to learn and contribute his/her best
• Strong command of verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
• Good organization, project management and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, sensible of urgency and budget control
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and in a fast-pacing environment
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Immediately available is preferred
