About the job

  • Working with digital team in Marketing department to develop and execute digital media strategy and plan
  • To reach many people and deliver the digital content of marketing campaigns so as to build the strong engagement of IKEA and stimulate Home Furnishing interest
  • Optimize the media spend in digital so as to attract more visit to IKEA website and store

Job responsibilities

  • Working closely with marketing team, eCommerce team, other internal stakeholders, digital communication agencies and media agencies to develop effective digital media strategy and plan so as to support commercial activities and campaigns.
  • Keep monitor web tracking application and provide reviews of the campaigns.
  • Responsible for day to day management of media campaigns and partners, including campaign trafficking, optimization and reporting.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize media spend and performance, as well as to support eCommerce to facilitate digital promotions.
  • Work with digital team and external agencies to optimize the online media mix to enhance web performance and achieve the business goals

Job requirements

  • University student from discipline of Business, Digital Marketing, Communications or related fields is preferred
  • 5-8 years’ experience with digital marketing and advertising fields in media agency and client side
  • Solid experience in developing display, SEM and paid social media plans
  • Demonstrated ability in implementing, optimizing and communicating advanced optimization tactics
  • Strong understanding of attribution and its impact on online media budgeting and planning
  • Proficiency in web tracking tools, ad management platforms, Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and reporting abilities Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, priorities and manage a high-volume of assignments
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written as well as data visualization skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a must
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
