Responsibilities:

For Account Executive

• Liaise with all internal colleagues & external vendors including quotation, order follow-ups and technical issues
• Handle clerical matters for the project
• Follow through campaigns / project progress
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• A Team Player with good communication and sourcing skills
• 1 year of experience in Advertising Agency / Event Marketing Agency is preferred. 
• Knowledge of Graphic Design, POSM, Production, Roadshows/Events Sales, Event Contractor / Visual Merchandising agency and/or Digital Sales experience would be an advantage
• Responsible, detail-minded and organized 
• Able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Immediately available preferred
