Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities & seek new customers to achieve the sales target
• Responsible for overall management of all strategic included but not limited to  operation sales & Marketing, brand building and customer relationship activities
• Monitor and understand industry and competitive trends and how they affect internal product development and current partnership strategies
• Maintain the customers’ relationship and provide pre/after-sale service
• Analyse the market for business potential
• Manage and build the sales & marketing team
• Other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• 5 years of business development experience, experience in event management, social media and digital marketing within media agency industry is highly preferred
• Well versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Proficiency in Chinese word processing
• Strong strategic mind-set and business acumen, ability to provide advice to team that is aligned with the brand's goals and direction
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with good fluency in English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin will be a plus
• Well organized, self-motivated and highly initiative
• Immediately availability or short notice is highly preferred
