Job Responsibilities:

• Devise and develop strategies to ensure business growth, guard profitability and budgets
• Develop new streams of business (identify & pitch) and manage existing accounts & client relationships
• Devise insight-driven offline & online strategic directions & solutions to clients/ brands for marketing communications, PR and social media
• Lead a portfolio of accounts and responsible for managing projects/ campaigns to meet & exceed client’s deliverables
• Ensure high quality, on-brand, on-strategy, on-time and on-budget delivery of work at all times
• Deliver impactful and persuasive presentations
• Keep up with new media trends, publications and influencers to create social media campaigns
• Add creative insight and problem-solving to all of the above on a consistentbasis
• Share knowledge, vision and understanding proactively with team
  
  

Requirements:

• Over 8 years’ experience in agency business, with a proven track record in client satisfaction & account growth
• At least 3 years’ experience in digital & social media
• A university degree holder preferably in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, integrated marketing
• An ability to think innovatively & creatively
• Commercial/ financial awareness with keen negotiation skills
• Highly effective communication skills
• Positive “can-do” attitude
• Strong relations with media, influencers and vendors
• Strong leadership & motivation skills – a team leader & player
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing; experience in using photo/video editing tools, web analytics and/or similar reporting tools is aplus
