Our client is a tech start up company who provide a leading platform to connect the large corporations and innovators around the world. They currently has grown up to 100+ people in the team with 6 branch across the global and have partnerships with 250+ well known clients (some are fortune 500 Global company). Due to very fast expansion in their business and team, they are looking for a experienced strong leader to join their talent and ambitious communication team.

About the job:

• You will work closely with the CEO and your main objective will be to grow and build the largest community of innovators (students, entrepreneurs & startups) in Asia.
• You will be in a role with full operational and strategic ways to lead the community team in terms of top priorities, providing resources, strategies, incentives to ensure they deliver outstanding results
• Designing innovative marketing campaigns and by partnering with top universities & incubators throughout APAC.
• Developing strategies for acquisition, and tracking, reporting and analyzing on effectiveness of campaigns for constant improvement
• Discovering ways and tools for growth hacking
• Liaise with our internal global teams on communicating and refining overall team’s vision and strategy and working with Head of Marketing to build a strong value-adding community exclusively under Agonize.
• Creating and managing key partnerships with relevant universities, students’ unions, incubators and accelerators throughout Asia - connect with various startup networks, attend networking events,
• Leveraging the social networks (Facebook, Wechat, Line, etc) to attract the best innovators to our platform.
• Developing an efficient system to manage and re-engage our network.

What you will need:

• An entrepreneurial mindset and you are ready to build your A team to conquer Asia with an outgoing personality.
• Expect a very hands-on job in a fast-paced company.
• 6+ years of experience in relationship building, community acquisition and retention
• Outstanding convincing and negotiation skills with a track record in building win-win partnerships
• Creativity & Growth hacking mindset by designing the most innovative campaigns to attract the best innovators
• Excellent leadership skills by leading a team by example
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
