Job Description
Position Details
You would work within the Cadreon team, which is IPG Mediabrand's Ad Tech unit, responsible for developing best-in-class programmatic technology solutions. The Hong Kong Cadreon team needs to expand due to the increasing demand of programmatic digital buying in the market.
This is an entry level position, which would be perfect for a graduate looking to take their first step into a digital marketing role. No previous experience is necessary.
To continue providing the best digital performance for our clients we are seeking an individual who has these five qualities:
- Degree – Communication, technology or advertising related field is preferred
- A passion for digital marketing and technology
- Basic understanding of digital/programmatic/display advertising
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken language skills
- Good communication skills, strong numerical skills, a team player and self-motivated
Duties and essential job functions:
- Ensure digital and programmatic display campaigns are flawlessly executed and delivered on time; from delivering superior customer service and campaign management through to post-campaign analysis.
- Working alongside the Account Management team, to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the client's business along with their associated strategy, objectives, and needs. Maintaining a clear focus on revenue contribution to the company.
- Carry out optimization processes based on experience and collected data sets. Propose new tests to constantly improve upon results and key metrics and challenge the status quo. Be comfortable at making recommendations on design elements.
- Coach ops team in digital and programmatic best practices, as well as being willing and open in knowledge sharing in a team and one to one environment.
- Where necessary to assist AM team in developing articulate and concise proposals and provide stats for external/internal collateral such as case studies.
Skills gained from this position:
- Experience running digital and programmatic display through various platforms (Google DV360, TheTradeDesk, Amobee, Oath, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads etc.)
- Experience with pixels, tagging, HTML5 creative and ad servers
- Technical understanding of the digital and programmatic display industry
- Exposure to accounts in the following fields – Travel, retail, entertainment, lifestyle, finance and others

The team based in Hong Kong manages both local and regional accounts. Working with a local mindset but with a global perspective. The team is devised by three divisions: Reprise team (Digital Performance), Cadreon Team (Programmatic) and digital strategy team. All working seamlessly together to provide integrated digital solutions for clients in HK and APAC.
