Reporting to the Leasing Manager, the successful candidate will handle the marketing and leasing matters of a mixed portfolio of high class RESIDENTIAL, INDUSTRIAL & RETAIL premises, liaise with real estate agents, analyze market trends and prepare leasing reports. 

Applicants should be university graduates or equivalent in related disciplines with at least 3 years' solid experience in property leasing, preferably in residential and/or industrial premises. Possession of valid Estate Agent’s Licence and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are required.  Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer.
