Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement differentiated PR strategies that help promote brand image and achieve business goals;
• To build up a positive image of a safe and responsible landfill and waste management facilities operation through publicity events;
• To maintain good neighborhood relationship through maintain regular liaison and meetings with key stakeholders in the local communities (villages around the landfill;
• To establish a strong network of local district contacts, different stakeholders and handling media enquirers;
• To handle regular district community meetings, etc.;
• To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in PR/ Journalism / Communications;
• Minimum 1 year of work experience of which some experience in estate/village outreaching services is preferred;
• Proficient in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Good knowledge of PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese inputting;
• Excellent communications and presentation skills especially in dealing with different level of stakeholders;
• Outgoing, detail-minded and able to work independently;
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadline;
• Immediately available is preferable;
• Working location: Tuen Mun/ Fanling
