Job description:

• Support the managers to deal with the routine documentation and administrative work efficiently.
• Assist the BU head and product manager with the implementation of a complete marketing program, events and marketing initiatives.
• Collaboration with various departments and agencies regarding implementation of department operations as needed.
• Review and prepare necessary marketing documents for compliance review.
• Check expenses, contracts and prepare financial documents for marketing initiatives
• Manage and maintain marketing promotional materials and gimmicks.
