Responsibilities

• Support manager for key account management, such as order follow up, sales co-ordination, quotation, delivery control and brand materials support;
• Prepare regional sales analysis reports for management review;
• Assist on demand planning across all regional markets;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing / brand building initiatives;
• Design and manage social media platforms and other online marketing activities;
• Develop and implement product visual, POPs, web banner, eDM, etc;
• Provide administration and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operation.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business related disciplines;
• 2-3 years’ solid all-rounded marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail marketing;
• Proficient in PC skills including common Microsoft Applications and Chinese Word Processing; knowledge in Photoshop / illustration is a must;
• Working knowledge in website management, social media, brand development and content creationis a preferred;
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Chinese, both written and spoken;
• Self-motivated, independent, multi-task and able to work under pressure;
• Detailed-oriented, well-organized, problem-solving, analytical thinking.
