Responsibilities:

• Deliver property research reports to both internal and external clients
• Collect data and maintain the database of property market
• Monitor key marketing indicators and policies, and assess the impact to the property market
• Identify new and emerging trends in the property market
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree in real estate, economics, finance, business, statistics or related disciplines
• 1 to 2 years' relevant experience in property research/ analysis
• Strong numerical skills and accuracy in calculations
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong knowledge of PC applications such as MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fresh graduates are welcome
