Responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth technical transfer of new products from prototype to mass production in factory level of the Cakes and Bakery Division.
• Project management and closely communicating with R&D, Production, QA, PPI, Marketing and Procurement teams to meet product launch targets.
• Participate in R&D prototype development.
• Evaluate mass production feasibility of potential new products in every stage and suggest ways to tackle or improve in terms of product stability, skill-set, tools and machineries, production capability and manpower availability.
• Track project progress and regularly update to Management, marketing and factory team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Marketing / Product Design / Food Science or other relevant disciplines;
• Over 5 years relevant working experience in Food industry/ Sales/ Technical/ R&D/ Production in which at least 2 years in supervisory positions. Experience with Project Management will be an advantage.
• Good analytical skills, leadership skills, project management skills and result-oriented
• Detailed minded and systematic, can work independently and meet deadline
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Fluent Cantonese and English
