Programme Overview:

The successful candidate will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will work closely with internal and external experts in the field.

The Management Trainee will be offered for:

1. On-the-job training
2. Providing firsthand experience of managing international projects and business deals, working with a range of businesses throughout Hong Kong, China, and the world
3. The chance to learn by working in the private office of the Chief Executive Officer
4. Providing with substantial exposure and opportunities to develop the potential

Experience & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required, Master preferred, at least near-native Cantonese/Mandarin, with outstanding academic record and strong skills in written English. Excellent communication, interpersonal, interviewing, analytical, and organizational skills. Extremely detail orientated, thoughtful, and have an ability to see the whole picture, whilst adept at taking the initiative. Interested in Business Strategy, Public Policy, and Private Investment. Keen Observer of Domestic and International Politics.
