Duties

• Maintain and grow relationships with company stakeholders to enhance corporate branding and products
• Organize corporate events including but not limited to stakeholders’ engagement activities, media events and press conferences
• Drive product communications projects and maintain relationships with all counterparts to ensure projects are planned and executed in a professional manner
• Key partner of rolling out internal communications projects and enhance employees’ engagement
• Offer and strategize professional advice to internal stakeholders on media/product promotion/internal communications projects
• Assist in driving media engagement on a corporate and product level to enhance visibility of corporate branding
• Prepare corporate literature including but not limited to corporate newsletter, corporate presentation materials, briefing document for interviews, and announcements
• Handle external complaints and enquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Execute all the internal and external activities of Communications team

Qualifications

• Degree Holder in Communications, Business Administration, PR, Journalism, Language or relevant discipline
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR with a background in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent project/event management skills with a sharp sense of priorities
• Cheerful, positive with a passion in branding and marketing communications
• Experience in media handling and issue management
• A great team player with superb interpersonal skills
• Attentive to details with a can-do attitude
• Able to perform under pressure and handle ad-hoc situation
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
