About the Client:
Our client is a fast growing social media entertainment start up which has multiple offices operates in different regions with total over 300 staffs across the regions. Due to fast-expansion in the business, our client is currently looking for a talent who is ambitious and with strong high-end /VIP clientele connections to join their team based in HK, and s/he will be directly reporting to Chief Growth officer.  

About the role:

• Oversee business performance, planning, and operations of the company in multiple regions to achieve KPIs
• Evaluate growth of various regions, balance resources, and ensure profitable operations
• Focus on scaling business in Hong Kong and Macau, spending time on the ground to ensure consistent progress
• Collaborate with teams in each region to plan and execute strategies to grow revenue
• Oversee planning and coordination of marketing & press to recruit new high-value users
• Recruit and manage a productive, successful team to meet these goal
• Plan and execute revenue expansion projects in various regions, including Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore
• Create comprehensive expansion strategies and seek opportunities for new markets
• Collaborate with regional teams to help them smoothly co-work with our Taiwan headquarters

Requirements:

• Min 6 years+ working experience in relevant industries, such as in livestreaming or mobile apps 
• Very fluent speaking in English and Mandarin
• Strong leadership skills with experiences in developing and managing team
• Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented
• Outstanding social, communication skills, and teamwork
• Strong connection with high-value networks or in luxury goods industries
• Experience growing successful mid-sized businesses to higher levels
