As a growing creative agency,  we are looking for experienced account manager to manage the clients and related creative projects.  

What will I be doing?

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and to be the first point of contact for the clients
• Follow up new project inquiries from both existing and new clients
• Preparing and presenting (verbally bilingual and in writing) the sales and marketing proposals and recommendations effectively, logically and concisely
• Negotiating and gaining approval from the client for all projects and creative work and to ensure that work is carried out to these agreements
• Responsible for  budget management, monitoring all job costs, and obtaining approval before spend is committed
• Working with internal production team or external vendor to manage the project, ensuring that creative work presented to the clients is to quality, time and cost
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of all aspects of marketing - including new media, techniques and research tools
  
  

What will I need?

It is essential that you have a solid understanding of marketing service, creative and mainstream of media production. You also need to be keen to learn and adapt to different styles of working. You will be driven, positive and want to be part of a growing and aspirational team.

You will be expected to get involved in a variety of different projects and of being able to work independently. You’ll be resilient and able to build good working relationships with clients, together with a demonstrable track record of delivering for the client when working to tight deadlines. You will also be flexible, quick thinking, and open to the challenges of working across different clients and projects of different scale.
