Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities: 

 - Maintaining good relationships with clients

 - As a bridge between clients and in-house Creative and Video Departments on marketing job requirements

 - Preparing quotes, presentation and pitching materials.

Job Requirements: 

 - DSE graduate or above.

 - Customer servicing with NO selling work needed.

 - Good on-line communication skills, self-motivated, creative with good time management ability and the drive to learn and self-improve

 - Five-day work. Medical insurance. Attractive basic salary plus generous monthly bonus.
