Job Description
APAC Regional Product Training Lead, Surgical Devices
Our client is a global leading Medical Device business, with huge presence across APAC region. To deal with their recent expansion, they are looking for a APAC Regional Product Training Lead to join their Regional team and be responsible for clinical training & support activities in APAC, with a focus in China region.
Responsibilities:
- help support and develop regional growth and launch of products in APAC region
- lead and delivery product training & education programme for internal stakeholders, local distributors on product knowledge and updates
- observe and provide feedback on training programmes to further optimise the efficiency of training
- provide clinical support & demonstration to local dealers and hospitals
Requirements:
- degree holder in science-related discipline
- minimal 3 years of experience in Medical Device field, in sales, marketing or medical affairs
- prior regional experience and exposure is advantageous
- flexible, able to travel extensively in China and Asia
- professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
