Responsibilities:

• Define work plan, project tasks, and allocate resources in an efficient and effective manner
• Work closely with all partners and clarify requirements before proposing appropriate strategies
• Control and monitor the project deliverables to ensure work progress and results are matched with the scope of work
• Prepare proposals, project pitching, client presentation, and status report
• Able to manage and coordinate well within teams, external partners vendors
• To take up duties or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experiences in project management
• Experience as a healthcare related project management is preferred
• Bachelor degree in management, marketing, business administration or related field
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving and people management skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Strong service attitude
• Flexible, adaptable and able at work effectively in a variety of settings
• Self-motivated, mature and work independently
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
